Refund Policy

If you cancel your order within 96 hours of purchase, we will process a full refund for the purchase price of the items. Please note that any shipping or handling charges are nonrefundable.
If you receive a product and decide to return it, we will inspect the item upon receipt. If the product is in its original condition and not damaged, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If you hold onto the product for more than 7 days after delivery without initiating a return, we will not be able to process a refund.

Return Policy

For Items Delivered by Standard Shipping:
If you receive your order via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS and it arrives damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact our customer care team within 96 hours. We will process a refund for the cost of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees, once the damaged item is received. For other issues related to Standard Shipping orders, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange for repair or replacement. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return Standard Shipping items within 30 days of delivery. For items with manufacturing defects discovered after the 30-day return period, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

For Items Delivered by Home Delivery:

Call the number provided in your emailed order confirmation, and we will assist with repair, replacement, or return pickup. For manufacturing defects discovered after the 96 hour period, consult the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, by contacting the customer service number provided in your emailed order confirmation for further assistance.
